With over two decades of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie is a skilled learning and leadership consultant, coach and training specialist. Having spent a good portion of her early adulthood working in a management position in the world of direct marketing, she was accountable for creating sound structures to support seven account representatives serving more than 500 clients.
She transitioned smoothly from marketing into the world of education and coaching and has operated as a small business owner since 2007. For ten years she worked simultaneously in educational leadership while being an active consultant, coach and training specialist working in a variety of industries including but not limited to marketing, technology, pharmaceutical consulting, event management, television production, SaaS, public relations, education, hospitality, tribal-owned businesses and tribal government, retail, nonprofit, healthcare, and with dozens of entrepreneurs running their own show. After acquiring advanced training and education in coaching and organizational psychology while simultaneously providing services in these arenas, Stephanie navigated a career change into full time coaching, consulting and leadership training in 2013.
Stephanie has a strong people operations and small business strategic planning background. She has supported businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of industries build sound and streamlined practices to manage and develop people and improve and streamline processes. From understanding how to identify, develop and hire for necessary roles, to creating more efficient ways to manage projects, to up leveling the skills of individuals and leaders, Stephanie has worked with hundreds of businesses to work SMART.
Since 2017, Stephanie has trained thousands of leaders and managers in the art and science of coaching for performance and development with a comprehensive coaching skills for leaders program she designed in Partnership with Purpose & Performance Group. As a practicing and certified coach, she had dedicated a large part of her career to coaching in a variety of settings including business coaching, leadership coaching, team coaching and 1-1 career transition coaching.
Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University, and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BS in counseling and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
